I used them - they were *great*.
a) They're really busy.
b) If you're in a rush - they won't meet your expectations.
c) It's a ton of work that I wasn't sure how to do, but they 'held my hand' thru the whole process.
Their rate was low enough it was worth the extra effort for us.
You're right, it worked nothing like buying a car. But now that I know who it works, I'll gladly do business with them again.
Oh - we ended up doing the Cash Recapture.
That simplified things too!
