For those of you who think I'm being too impatient: I emailed the sales rep the evening of 3/12 and the morning of 3/13. I called and left a voicemail the evening of 3/13. As of now, evening of 3/15, I have not received any type of personal response. That's not customer service in my book. If you're going to take a week to respond, there should be a big disclaimer somewhere on the website or in the automated emails.
