3/12 was a Sunday, so it'd be hard for him to respond. It's been 3 work days. Odds are you are not the only person contacting him on a Monday morning wanting immediate assistance. And again, he may have been/currently is out of the office. He may be the only contact for assistance with the automated loan system and is handling all questions about it.
If you aren't happy, then get your loan elsewhere. But IMHO they haven't done anything wrong. Had you entered your info correctly, you'd have your loan and the RV by now.
Take it for what it's worth. You did not qualify to his standards and he is not going to contact you. Go elsewhere if you qualify there.
