Good Sam Trip Planner

For some reason the GS Trip Planner is telling me that

"Your account does not yet have access to the new Trip Planning Service. Please try again in 24 hours.
In the meantime, try the original Trip Routing Service below."

This has been going on for a week now and I have not received a response from sending a note through the web site. Any help?
