Good Sam Trip Routing

wondering why the Good Sam Trip routing option on the Good Sam web site isn't working. Whenever I go to the page all I get are the words Disallowed Key Characters in the upper left corner.

  • I have worked with Good Sam each time and we have been able to restore my trips. However, it is very frustrating, but I have tried other trip planner and none I've used are as good. So, I keep dealing with this issue, but this last time I may have found the way to restore my trip when lost without contacting them. I've tried Trip Wizard, Free Trips.com, Google, My maps, Bing Maps, etc. and none are as thorough or have as much, if any, campground info. I'm looking into Garmin Base Camp in hopes of transferring trips to my Garmin RV760 GPS. More info to follow>

    After loosing your trips I wouldn't hesitate to use another program. Obviously, it's not a trustworthy tool and you put a lot of work into creating your trips.
  • I have been using the trip planner for several years and really like it. I got the same message, but it cleared, but my trips changed to trips I had many months ago and did not have my current list of trips. I contacted Good Sam and they told me to clear my cookies and temporary internet files. After doing this I now have no trips. They have lost my trips 5 or 6 times over the last year and a half. Does anyone else have this problem? They have a great tool, but what good is it if they keep loosing your files.
