Good Sam Trip Routing
wondering why the Good Sam Trip routing option on the Good Sam web site isn't working. Whenever I go to the page all I get are the words Disallowed Key Characters in the upper left corner.

I have been using the trip planner for several years and really like it. I got the same message, but it cleared, but my trips changed to trips I had many months ago and did not have my current list of trips. I contacted Good Sam and they told me to clear my cookies and temporary internet files. After doing this I now have no trips. They have lost my trips 5 or 6 times over the last year and a half. Does anyone else have this problem? They have a great tool, but what good is it if they keep loosing your files.
