Thanks cekkk for your post. I wanted to clarify that a call to Good Sam Operational and Technical Assistance, followed by a call back for a tow or other service, does not mean the member would have to pay for the tow. In this example, we would assist with the call to our Certified Master Technician team, and also coordinate a tow or other service if needed.
