Coachnet has technicians that work for them that can talk you out of a mechanical jam. GS does not. Coachnet has a staff that understands you can't send a small tow truck to tow a huge Class A, GS apparently does not based on my experience.
Coachnet will dispatch the appropriate tire repair or service truck for your situation. GS did not in my case.
I've used both in tire, tow, and stuck situations and GS screwed up every time, CN did not, always dispatching the appropriate service. CN did screw up once though and sent a tow truck to the wrong side of town even after I gave great location info, so they aren't perfect. But for me, CN beats GS hands down.
