Good Sams Extended Service "What a Joke"

I have been a Good Sams member for many years. I have used the service plan once. I put my unit in the shop due to some gray tank leaking issues. Now comes the good part Good Sams will not warranty the gray tank replacement due to the straps had broken. I had no idea the tanks were being held up by straps. Well make a long story short I am done with them . Customer service lousy and my RV repair shop says that Good Sams is the worst to work with is so long Good Sams you won't screw this one any longer!!

    I have been contacted by Good Sam. I am in the process of making my case. We will see how this turns out. I will give them credit they did contact me shortly after I posted my notes at this forum

    Good Sam will never contact you. NEVER. I posted nearly the exact same post and was told to message them three times and I did. NOTHING from them. BIG BIG BIG JOKE. We cancelled our service plan. We'll see how long it takes to get our refund for it.

    they keep hounding me. great offer= $1000 deductible $7000 a year. KMA

    Almost without exception, anyone would be wise to avoid anything labeled Good Sam or Camping World.

    Also, almost without exception, anyone would be wise to avoid any extended warranty plan.
