I was told that it wasn't a covered part. It was the GS policy. I was so angry that I cancelled immediately. I was then asked to pay a $50 cancellation fee. Thanks to the help of one of the GS rapid response team and the fact that I am a life GS member they waived the fee.
Many on here claim to have received great service and I have no reason to doubt that. It just didn't work for me. Good luck.
