Dream on my friend, when my generator failed it was internal parts (armature brushes retainer broke) I was told TS. Cancelled the next day.
Roman Traveler did you buy the cheapest warrantee they offered? the Silver instead of the Gold Plan- if so you get what you pay for.

So what you're telling me is that the silver plan is just a waste of money. According to the list of items covered under the silver plan I should have been covered. Unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for. I'm sure you had good luck with your plan and that's why you are so protective. As I stated earlier I have no doubt that others have had great service. It didn't work for me so I cancelled. Fool me once, your fault, fool me twice my fault. All the best.
