GS Travel Assist ...possible PROBLEM
I sent a 1 year renewal check #5137 on 12/28 for $169.99. Today I got a call from Damon offering a one year renewal for $114.99. OK, says me and I gave him a credit card. Damon said I would get a confirmation email. Nope, not yet.
Damon assured me the $169.99 check would be cancelled and I would not be charged twice. He transferred me to Finance to accomplish this...and I talked to Derrick. He transferred my call to another department, because he could not do this, and...yes, you guessed it....back to Finance again.
So....please check this out and see that my one year renewal for $114.99 is in effect and my check #5137, sent off on 12/28 is CANCELLED or REFUNDED.
This is TRAVEL ASSIST...nothing else.
