GSERS Trying to bill me twice for same service.

I recently paid my GSERS annual payment with reward points from my Good Sam Visa Card due to the fact that the credit card I had been using for this is now expired. I'm now getting the following noti...

This transaction still hasn't taken place and I received notice this morning that my ERS has expired. I have contacted Comenity Bank on this issue and they said the 10,000 points was applied to my ERS.

Looks like the right hand isn't talking to the left hand.

Please advise.
