GSERS Trying to bill me twice for same service.

I recently paid my GSERS annual payment with reward points from my Good Sam Visa Card due to the fact that the credit card I had been using for this is now expired. I'm now getting the following notice:

At your request, we attempted to charge your card for your annual membership dues. We were unable to process your payment. Your membership payment is due now.

Please advise.

  • I will indeed monitor my account. For the record as of today, it's been four (4) weeks to the day.

  • It can take 3-4 weeks to process. If your account is not updated by Monday please let us know. Corporate will also be monitoring your account as well. Thanks for getting back to me!

    Yes, 10,000 points was deducted on 20 July 2016.
