Used them 5 times, min 3 hours for a tow truck, longest 6 hours while alongside a busy freeway. While they got the job done, the wait times were unacceptable and all the tow truck drivers had nothing good to say about GSRA except that they would be dropped when contract was up. Switched to coach net hope they are better.
