Used three times in 12 years. Twice on the motorhome, once on car. All were excellent!
First time was in Missouri in the late afternoon on a Sunday miles from nowhere. GS could not get one of their tow services, so they had me ask the State Police to recommend one. Though it took over four hours, I was towed to a campground of my choice about 50 miles away. Monday morning they towed me from the campground to a garage to get my engine fixed. NO CHARGE.
