My term 'balanced' may have been misunderstood - I have seen mostly negative reports on this forum and I wanted to see if there is a reasonable 'balance' in the good vs bad. I do not seek an equal reporting, just the views of as many folks as possible - to get a better and 'balanced' perspective. AND...looking at the posts, seems to me the GSRA rates Good and above many more times than Bad or Poor.
