I don't know how any survey is really accurate as one person's idea of "good" is another person's view of "bad". For instance, one person may see a wait time of 2 hours as reasonable - another sees it as unacceptable. So, it could be that those posting "good" are just more positive than the others.
Maybe the question to ask is "did they provide the emergency road service as contracted?" That would provide a more unbiased answer. In my case, they did not. I had to call AAA to get the roadside service when GSRA couldn't help after 4+ hours.
