GSRA.... Problems but...
I have used GSRA twice! Twice it was a disaster! With that being said, " We contacted Marcus" via email and within hours we had a reply from Marcus, who, I don't think sleeps too much.... Sent email at 2:30am... Response by 3:40am? Marcus and his team went over and above to make sure that we were taken care of! They completely took care of our problem without hesitation to our satisfaction!
We can not say enough about Marcus and his team!
If you don't have GSRA, then you need to rethink it! It is insurance and it is backed up!
