GSRA.... Problems but...

I have only contacted GSERS for one problem. There was a misunderstanding on my part (or their part). In any event they agreed with my view and sent me a check for tow truck reimbursement. I was satisfied.

I have read a lot of posts on this thread and think that miscommunication and lack of a GSERS supervisor to jump in.....is the reason for most perceived problems.

Let me make a quick POSITIVE post...I JUST hung up with Zach, and had a great 20+ minute conversation in which I learned a few things about ERSA...and was given a thorough explanation as to my situation and what was right and what was possibility wrong with the phone rep I contacted on 6/29. I was satisfied with his explanation.

...and I'll bet there are a number of folks that just don't bother to complain on this website....about the poor service they received. But, now I'm thinking of starting my own topic based on the POOR service I recently received.

I think the amount of complaints here are a dime in a bucket compared to the amount of members they have and service calls they handle daily.

I have had GSERS for several years and used it a few times for a large Class A and wife's car. The time that I did have difficulty I posted it here and immediately the problem was more than satisfactory remedied. We all make mistakes and my problem was handled in a very honorable and efficient manner. I plan to continue to carry the coverage, I think it is a good service for those who may need it.

Our friends whom we have convoyed two trips coast to coast with covering most of the USA have used their GSERS a few times without any difficulty.

I find the service well worth the cost and it is one thing that I purchase that I hope never to use but when I do need it I am glad to have it.

After reading some of these posts I am thinking ERS is not much good. But I must say I got Good Sam Road side assistance when I bought my first MH back in 1997. Have only used it once, for a tow. Had no trouble with it at all. My brother-in-law has used it a number of times. As far as I know they have always given him fast friendly service. Sounds like here are some very unhappy campers

I don't think threads are being deleted, unless it's a double posting. They may be closed as it has been resolved one way or another.

And as far as for one positive there are several negative. That's because people only come on here to complain for the most part. How many service calls get answered daily from GSRA? How many a day get a negatvie remark on here? I can guarantee the positive probably outweighs the negative a lot.
