GSRS service

Question

06-06-16 made call to GSRS service to have my personal auto taken from home driveway to a shop located about 3 miles from home. Dispatch was very able to handle my problem,located me and the shop and promised a callback once the tow was handled. Guess what? Everything went as ordered ,no complications. Promised tow around 1045 this morning and at 1045 the tow was centered under my vehicle. Signed the paperwork and the phone rang at 1046, for verification, while the tow was moving out the driveway.
I've used GSRS for many years, have never had a problem, service always delivered as promised. Maybe the areas I call from aren't usually busy for long waits or something. GSRS has always come thru...

Same here. We've had to use them several times and it was good. We've had AAA and the service is comparable, in fact faster than AAA.
