I had a hail claim on my TT last summer. Got home the next day, called my mobile repair guy for an estimate, along with GEICO to report the claim. They sent an adjuster out that afternoon, he agreed with the estimate, and wrote me a check on the spot!
Your company has had two weeks and hasn't done a thing toward getting you back to where you were. It should not be such a prolonged process! I would call your company EVERY day to get action.
I wouldn't take my RV to Camping World as that would be another L O N G ordeal, based on what others report on this forum!
