Dear Marcus, Please advise me, as a Good Sam’s member, how to file a complaint against NGI for failure to deliver the services Good Sam’s offer but NGI does not deliver in a timely manner. Does a member file an insurance complaint with their own state or with the state NGI or Good Sam’s headquarters is based. It appears Good Sam’s and therefore its members really do not have RV insurances any more. Your Good Sam’s web page, while selling insurance and offers quotes, does not even mention the name of National General Insurance as the carrier, not even in the FAQs site. December 2, 2013 I dropped my 5th wheel at the Little Rock Camping World to receive an estimate for services I may have needed to be ready for the 2014 camping season. The services were more than I had expected and a claim with NGI was filed. Three months later, soon to be four, it is still there waiting for approval to make the repairs. The CW service manager has filed the claim for me and has made a lot of contacts with NGI requesting their decision on repairs. CW says they have all needed items in stock and can have the work done in 4 days from. In this time NGI has asked CW for more than 50 photos and sent out their own adjuster a month ago to review the claim. We have already missed our February two week RV outing and now are expecting miss our March three week outing. All reservations were made and paid for in advance. I have sense found there are several other GS members having the same problems with NGI.
