HD sat dish needs replacing.....not covered?

I am trying to figure out why Good Sam won't cover replacing our HD Sat dish? Our service advisor has been trying to call them for an answer and they hung up on her. I wasn't there, so don't know the situation other than I have an extended warranty that is supposed to cover everything in the coach and now I have a big-ticket item and it's not covered. Seems we keep having to fight to get things covered under our warranty, which is frustrating beyond words. From what we are being told, the only way to fix the issue is to replace the unit.......So why is this not covered?

  • Interesting that you are talking about your sat dish. nothing in warranty states it as a coverage.

    if it was damaged via an accident your insurance will cover it.

  • most extended contracts exclude things that were not installed by the factory. Have you read your contract to see if it addresses this?
