How can a GS Park not give my 10% off for extended stay?

This Good Sam Park has a special... Pay for 6 nites and get the 7th nite for free. But they will not honor the Good Sam rate reflecting the 10% off. They charge the regular rate and give you a free...

That is always the the way they do it at Moss Landing RV Park. I always wondered about it too. I always get about $62.00 off, but the balance should be 10% off of that. If it is done how they do it now, it is cheaper than getting 10% off of 7 nights. It hasn't been a big deal for me.
