How can a GS Park not give my 10% off for extended stay?

This Good Sam Park has a special... Pay for 6 nites and get the 7th nite for free. But they will not honor the Good Sam rate reflecting the 10% off. They charge the regular rate and give you a free...

Right, normally if I get a weekly or monthly rate even at a GS campground, there is no discount on top of that. Doesn't hurt to ask, though!
