How can a GS Park not give my 10% off for extended stay?

This Good Sam Park has a special... Pay for 6 nites and get the 7th nite for free. But they will not honor the Good Sam rate reflecting the 10% off. They charge the regular rate and give you a free...

And on the flip side I have stayed at 2 CG's that took the 10% off 'all' the days I stayed up to a month. Then the monthly rate kicked in. I have found it is up to the individual CG.
