How long to hear back concerning reimbursement form

Just wondering how long it should take to hear something back on a reimbursement form I submitted. The form says I should have someone contact withing 5 business days. I submitted the form on the 21...

Thank you for your time and posting. After reviewing your claim I show it was processed on the 29th of June. Please allow time for delivery and should receive your reimbursement no later than the 20th of July. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
