I am not recieving e-mail notifications
I have e-mail instant e-mail notifications turned on, have clicked notifications at the bottom of a new thread and my forum has notifications on, but I do not receive them?

Cleaned cash, deleted cookies, e-mails are the same, I get notifications on some post and not others and as you can see no icon.
Been weeks now, logged out and in many times
