Well, to anyone who still cares about this thread, someone from Good Sam called me and told me that they will address this. My understanding is that they will try to implement a process to prevent stuff being sent if the customer doesn't want it, and that the customer service reps will be retrained about things like saying to me "you can just throw it away" (which I thought was stupid to say to me, here I was complaining about them sending it to me, and they were turning it around and making it my fault.....)
We'll see on the next renewal if it actually works.....
