She did call back, but I DO NOT CONSIDER THE MATTER CLOSED until I see that I do not get any more mail that I do not want other than renewal notices.
Marybeth basically told me I will get renewals via email. I can live with this.

And, if I want to renew, I basically have to "call it in." I can live with that.
I just don't want to get idiotic freebies that I'm just going to throw away and add to the landfill.
Again, I do not consider this matter CLOSED until a GOOD LENGTH OF TIME HAS PASSED and I don't get "junk mail."
