Tell us please, Jim, just exactly where you have seen that in the last 60 days or so.
I've driven all over the south east in the past 6 months and have NEVER seen a significant price difference among nearby stations.
Disclaimer: I don't look at diesel prices so my comment applies to gas prices.
I DID see that the past two years but it seems to have disappeared recently, at least mostly.
When you do see that, nobody forces you to stop at that particular station.......discount or no.
