Thank you all for your replies and experiences. I did in fact call CoachNet again, this time feigning a roadside emergency, with rushing traffic noises in the background ( thank you Internet!). But in the future, to avoid this type of deception, I'm just going to switch over to Good Sam. And I'll keep this GS reply handy in case I get a reluctant call center Op. Thanks again guys!
