i hope someone from Good Sam chimes in here. We all depend on GS RA to get us out of jams not to make them worse. Would like to hear their reason for this.
I expect their reasoning to be that you were not broken down, only stuck. Will further state that they don't pull you out of stuck places and only respond to break downs. Any case, I hope we get an answer.
