I believe rjr6150 found the reason for GS not paying and rjr6150 should work for GS as you should have been directed to that clause when you contacted GS while being treated with courtesy...However, having kicked myself for not reading what is provided for under an insurance policy before contacting the company, I learned to research before reacting so I have to information to back up my position. But GS should still have better trained customer service people.
