I know for a fact that they will pull you out if you are stuck. Had it happen to me on a narrow rural road in northern California. They dispatched a big rig tow truck and winched my coach out of a muddy ditch that I managed to get stuck in. There was no charge to me for the service. I'm not saying that everyone has had or will have the same experience as me, but I have used GSRA four times in the past with excellent results every time.
They absolutely would not agree to dispatch the truck to tow me out until I agreed to spend the additional $300.00 for the service. This I agreed to with the goodsam representative over the phone. He then relayed that to the tow company. I was in a remote area by Monticello, Utah.
