If you can't even get me cards why should I expect service

Never thought of this till now.......but just who exactaly dispatches the service people? Is there a dedicated dispatch center or is it just people sitting in their home waiting for a call to come in? I say this because that is what Uhaul does, uses people who contract with them to act as dispacthers out of their own homes. My experience with that was absolute hell but thats a whole other story. anyone know?
