Thank you for your time and post. I'm sorry for the trouble at the park. Please keep in mind that not all of the campgrounds will have the ability to look up a active membership. Good Sam member service is open 24/7 please call if a agent can help with a matter like this. We would be happy to verifiy membership with the park if needed. Or if able print out a temporary card from the Good Sam website.
