Good Sam member service is open 24/7 please call if a agent can help with a matter like this. We would be happy to verifiy membership with the park if needed. Apparently this park did have that capability, and said we were not in it under our zip code. We had our card with us and could show membership, but it was the park that was puzzled as to the lack of us not being in the data bank.
