  • Ella, what does connectivity issues have to do with you closing threads, which you seem to do a lot? I mean, what's the point in closing it? Mark is also quick to close threads. Does it benefit Marcus and this forum somehow to close them so quickly?? Not everyone reads this forum everyday. In other words, don't close the threads.

    I just sent a message to Mark about this also. Seems like they are turning there back on a member needing help to me. makes no sense at all.

    I would like to apologize for closing the post. It was my mistake in the timeline of the thread. Never will I or Good Sam turn a blind eye to a customers concerns or bad experience. Again I apologize for any inconvenience you might have incurred.
