Individual or calender year renewal?

We are considering purchasing GSRSA for the first time. We will not be continuously on the road until after Nov 1, 2014. Is it possible to purchase the service now and have its effective start date Nov 1 or is better to wait until October sometime to purchase? Thanks.

Why let GSRSA hold your money (and interest earned) for 6 months?  Put the $$$ in interest bearing account and purchase in late Oct.

GSRA covers all your vehicles, not just your RV (depending on the plan). If you need or want coverage on your other vehicles purchasing now could be worthwhile. However, if you don't need it now, purchase about 30 days before hitting the road to allow time for your cards to arrive.
