We don't use campgrounds very much but Gander outdoors and Overtons honors their membership for additional discounts
Plus the gas discounts

If discount camping is what your after Passport America would probably be a better option.
I did purchase their emergency medical transport service as well. After I found out a helicopter medical evacuation cost around 30k. I will be extremely grateful if this is never needed.
