It finally happened to me

I've used GS RS for years and have always had good experiences, until yesterday that is. Had a dead battery in a parking lot and called, of course,GS. I also have 3A but until now have preferred GS. Long story short, the prompts and questions just plain wore me out. I'm sorry I didn't time how long I was instructed to press this number or that number but it seemed an eternity.I finally gave up:(, (I never did get to a human being)and hung u:Mp. I called 3A and in about a fourth of the time and many less prompts I had a live person on the line and help on the way.
I need a good RS as long as I tow the trailer but will rethink my choice and probably make a change to CN. Who wants to go through dozens of prompts while sitting on the side of the road, not me.

    That's the standard statement you get when you call just about any business.
    They want you to think your call is important, but it isn't..

    Happens to me all the time, especially with women who talk too fast or have heavy accents. My hearing is fine, but I have to ask them to repeat things all the time.

  • CN has been good to me used them twice this year and got a real person. fast service.
