They got you to a safe place. The problem with breaking down is that it ruins your whole day, maybe week, or even vacation. I limped into Greenriver years ago with a bad duel tire, spent a relaxing weekend waiting for a Monday shop to open. AAA towed my son to Victorville, a small city, had to wait till Monday for a GMC part. I understand your rant, but you were towed to safety and you had a safe place to sleep...if you could sleep.
