Unfortunately, if the program didn't have rules that they follow and allowed people to twist it to fit what they need and want it would probably cost 100 times as much per year. You broke down on a Friday and wanted a place open on Saturday. If you broke down on Saturday, would you need a place open on Sunday? What if you broke down Christmas Eve, do you need to be towed to a repair facility open on Christmas?
And you are also kind of complaining about the shop it was towed to. Should you get to dictate the shop as well? Should they be required to tow you to the nearest dealer? Say you had a Foretravel and it broke down in Bangor, Maine. Should you be able to say you want it towed to the factory in Texas, since all Foretravels are sold from the factory and there are no dealers?
While it would be nice if all repair facilities were available at your beckoning call, the fact is they almost all have hours of operation. You might want to be grateful you didn't break down in Montana in the middle of the busy season, since RV repair facilities in the area currently have two week or greater waiting periods before they can even look at a rig.
