Just lost another one

Have had GSRA for nine years. Just went online to renew for another. Can't renew on line unless I agree to auto-renew. Contacted RS by e-mail and got a reply from James said thats the way it is. Said to call renew then remember to call back and cancel later. I guess I will find someone who wants my business,and not tell me to jump through hoops to give it to them.

  • Fight back !!! Use a card that will expire prior to the next auto renewal date.
  • GSRA is not alone with their auto renew policy. Many marketers are using that clause now. I refuse to sign on with any of them.

    It's all a bid SCAM! Businesses hoping people that do not want to renew will forget about it as time goes on and the companies will charge them again. :M

    Legal, but unethical, in my opinion!
  • This is how consumers operate in a capital system. They decide where to spend their money. Any service provider who does not meet their expectations does not get their business. Well done
