Kosher?

I have to agree that the response of " contact us privately and I will share the cancellation policy with you" is not right for a discussion forum where several people (including me) have asked.
Now I just signed up for 2 years of service, and again, I respectfully request the cancellation policy to be shared. You folks have my money, I just want to know what will cause cancellation, so I don't do what ever it is that causes it.
