I've had Good Sam Roadside Service for 11 years . Today was the second time I had to use it . Nicole at the help desk was courteous
and once we had our location locked down she spoke to a service provider while I waited . The vendor which was Bill's Professional Towing in Angola In was prompt . What more needs to be said ? I pay for and expect a quality service and I got that , in spades ..
