Kudos
Ok. For all the Good Sam and Camping World monopoly that is going on and we don't like, I have to send out a Kudo's to the Good Sam Platinum Roadside Assistance plan. As you know, this covers all your vehicles, including motorcycles in your household. Well, we had problems with our Volvo starting. It's DH's daily driver. He called GSRA requesting a tow truck to our repair shop. Not only did they contact several providers/companies and texted us immediately the status and arrival times and continued to text us the status of arrival, but also the tow truck arrived early and delivered our Volvo to the shop with no problem. Thank you Good Sam Platinum Roadside Assistance. You did an excellent job in providing support. We've only used them two other times, once in 2014 for our RV and again in 2016 for our other daily driver, a Ford Freestyle and all three times service showed up within the time promised.
