Lifetime Member Decals - static cling

For the Good Sam team:

On 11/01 or there abouts I phoned customer service inquiring on getting or purchasing Lifetime Member static cling decals to replace ones lost with our broken windshield.

On 11/18 I sent a PM to the Good Sam Care Team as a follow up to the phone request.

On 11/24 the Care Team responded (Elizabeth Black-Osborn) wanting to verify my membership and mailing address and to which I responded on 11/25.

On 12/22 I sent another request and have yet to receive any response at all.

Should I be addressing this elsewhere or by the lack of response, just write this off as an exercise in futility?

  • End story, GS contacted me via PM to confirm sending them and today I received them.
