I-26 does have the most grades of the routes you list. I-26 has two hard pulls coming up out of the Green River gorge. One does have a slow traffic lane that you can use.
Thousands of RV'ers of all sorts use this route.
If leaving from I-95,Jacksonville, FL, I think I would use the I-26 route.
If leaving from I-75, Lake City, I would take the I-75 route.
There are less hard pulls on the I-75 route, but more traffic. Atlanta, Chattanooga and Knoxville.
